Loyal, dedicated, fully qualified staff
All of our team members have the relevant childcare qualifications and are fully DBS checked. In addition, they hold their paediatric first aid certificate, food hygiene and other relevant qualifications.
We follow Ofsted guidelines for staff ratio and each member of staff is responsible for their key children.
Frances James
My name is Frances, and I am the owner of Kiddiwinks Nursery.
I also own Seedlings Nursery and Pre-school in town. I have been in childcare since 1996 and before this I was a qualified nurse.
I have 5 grown up children and four grandchildren. I have a Ba Hons in childhood studies, and I am also an Early Years Professional.
Erin Roberts
My name is Erin Roberts and I am Level 3 qualified. I am also co-manager of Kiddiwinks Nursery. I have worked at Kiddiwinks for 5 years.
I enjoy working with all ages as I love watching them learn and grow during every important stage of their development.
I especially enjoy thinking of creative and fun ideas and activities for the children to explore in the tuff tray.
Ellise Mutton
My name is Ellise and I am the co-manager of Kiddiwinks Nursery.
I have obtained a PGCE and I am very passionate about Early Years. I like to spend my annual leave travelling to different destinations of the world.
I like to be spontaneous and diverse, meeting the needs of all children.
Megan Couch
My name is Megan and I have been at Kiddiwinks since March 2021.
I recently completed my Level 3 in Childcare.
I love caring for my nieces and nephews which is what inspired me to work in childcare, I am passionate, caring and have a calm nature.
Sarah Sykes
My name is Sarah, I have many years of experience in the kitchen, having always being a passion of mine.
I am highly motivated and capable cook with a real passion for preparing popular healthy as well as nutritious meals.
Sharon Poole
My name is Sharon and I work in the Barn Owl Room with pre-school.
I am a Level 3 qualified and I have a lot of experience with working with babies and older children, I love thinking on the spot and creating wonderful activities based on the children's interests.
I enjoy spending time with my family.
Rosie Clark
My name is Rosie, Leader of the 2's room. I have a Ba Hons in Childhood Studies and I work in the Hummingbird Room.
I have a passion for children with special educational needs which has led me to become the role of SENCO.
I have two daughters.
I enjoy being very creative, active and fun. I am constantly looking for ways to be progressive in the environment, I love to see the holistic growth of children as they come through nursery.
Lucy Cook
My name is Lucy and I have completed my Level 3 in Childcare. I work in the Baby Room at Kiddiwinks.
I am very engaged in the children's forever changing interests and love to find creative ways for the children to enjoy their time at nursery.
Natalie Richardson
My name is Natalie and I am the Baby Room Leader in the Robin Room. I have a BA Hons in Childhood Studies.
My soft, calming nature allows me to have a positive influence when nurturing the needs of the babies. I am confident in my role and have a passion for keeping upto date with relevant training and have a holistic approach to learning.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and socialising at musical events, particularly live music.
Annabelle West
My name is Annabelle and I have a Level 3 in Childcare.
I have a passion for working with children and love the relationships that are formed whilst watching them grow and develop throughout the years.
I pride myself on my communication and creativity and can't wait to share my ideas when planning activities.
Lottie Cammish
My name is Lottie and I am a Level 2 apprentice at Kiddiwinks.
Olivia Thompson
My name is Olivia and I am a Level 2 apprentice at Kiddiwinks.
I enjoy spending time in all rooms with all ages, getting creative in the messy room and planning activities based around the children's interests.

My name is Libby and I am a Level 2 apprentice at Kiddiwinks.
Caitlin Dobson
My name is Caitlin and I am a Level 3 apprentice at Kiddiwinks.
I have always wanted to work with young children in the Early Years profession. I enjoy creating meaningful relationships with the children, watching their confidence blossom and seeing how much each child develops during their time at nursery.
